The internet is full of information - at your fingertips, but knowing what to trust and where to find what you are looking for is not so easy.   This page is intended to be a great source of local information to serve as a reference for both old and new families in our community.   Check here for items such as the Painted Tree By-Laws, recommendations for local businesses, and interesting events in our community and the surrounding area.   By working together (and staying positive), we can make this site not only useful, but inspirational!

Submit your recommendations to the board now.   Each recommendation will be carefully considered and posted at the discretion of the board.   We reserve the right to reject or remove any posting at any time.   To uphold our community standards, recommendations that are posted will be:

• Positive - Please do not submit complaints or issues
• Family-friendly - We are examples to our kids
• Non-controversial - If someone objects to or is offended by a posting, it will be removed
• Legal

And don't forget to include your personal experiences.  For example, tell us all about the wonderful restaurant service or how an employee went out of his way for you.
