The Painted Tree Swim & Racquet Club (PTSR) serves all homeowners living in Terrabrook and Stoneybrook subdivisions. The Painted Tree Board is comprised of neighborhood volunteers who have been elected by the neighborhood – the Painted Tree Board members contribute their time and efforts on a regular basis through monthly meetings, committees and planned volunteer events, initiating improvements as well as managing association dues to maintain the common areas in our community.

Now that school is in session the pool hours have been revised. Check out the Pool & Tennis page for details. The pool will officially close after swim hours on Sunday, September 19th. Hope every one had a great summer looking forward to seeing everyone next year!
After many unfortunate problems that we have encountered over the last 4 weeks, we are happy to announce...
If you have not received your Pool Passes you MUST Contact Bumgardner Management at 704-829-7878. We can not receive payments at the pool or give out Pool Passes to ANYONE.
After over 30 years of operation the pool is showing it age. Upon opening the pool in May a number of issues were found. The following repairs were necessary to run the pool:
These repairs were completed and had to be inspected by the city before we could turn the water back on, use the filters and backwash and clean the pool (that is why it stayed unclear for over 3 weeks.) All repairs were inspected and passed by the city and we had scheduled the opening to be Saturday June 5th but on Thursday green glass was discovered in the pool. We don't know who or how it got there but it is a very serious situation, and the pool can not just be vacuumed up: it has to be cleaned up by a professional company. The pool must be drained and then cleaned to remove all of the glass particals before being refilled. We are hopeful that we can get this done ASAP and open the pool very soon.

The Painted Tree Swim & Racquet Club Common Area is open to all members from 6am - 10pm every day. No Trespassing Signs are being posted, as this property is being utilized after hours, and by persons not belonging to the Painted Tree Swim & Racquet Association. Anyone on the premises after hours may be stopped by the police, who have been authorized to regularly patrol the area and question any persons on the property during the hours of 10pm to 6am.
This is for the protection of the Painted Tree Swim & Racquet Common Area and All Members.
