The Painted Tree Swim & Racquet Club (PTSR) serves all homeowners living in Terrabrook and Stoneybrook subdivisions. The board is composed of volunteers from the community who manage the association dues to maintain the common areas in our community.
Bumgardner Association Management, Inc. has been selected as the Painted Tree Swim & Racquet Association's management company. This means that they will handle the accounting and collection of dues. Please contact them with any financial questions or issues.

"I am a native Charlottean and have lived in Terrabrook since 1995. I have a bachelor's degree from UNC-Wilmington and a Master's Degree from UNC-Charlotte. I absolutely love my house, my neighborhood and my community. During the summer months I spend a great deal of time on the water and when friends and family ask me the reason I don't live on the lake my response is always the same - why would I want to leave, this is my home. My goal for being on the board is to support this neighborhood and continue to advocate for improvements that will maintain and increase our property values and community spirit."
